Erica van Dijk and Foday Drammeh run a non-profit medical aid post in a poor area in Gambia.
There is no good medical help available here. We work here as emergency nurses and provide wound care, malaria tests, and other blood tests. We measure patients' vital signs and sell medication at a small price and often also for free.
We sponsor 40 children to go to school or for medical reasons. We provide free medical help to 40 children from the Arabic schools in Bafuloto.
