Stichting GIST was founded to help vulnerable people in Africa grow into bakers. GIST supports with training, building new bakeries, and other initiatives needed to give people in Africa a future as bakers.
We want to help people grow in the baking profession. This way they can build a better life for themselves. Their self-confidence grows, enabling them to mean more for their community. We help by supporting local initiatives with knowledge, expertise, and financial resources.
